A time-dependent analysis was performed for a discharge in the Large Helical Device (LHD) and compared with the magnetic fluctuation. While the fundamental frequency peak shows a high correlation between the density fluctuation and the magnetic fluctuation, the higher harmonic components have smaller or even negligible correlation.
