Electron cyclotron heated plasmas show a positive potential profile in a low density regime (bar{n}_e = 3 x 10^12 cm^-3), while neutral beam injection heated plasmas (bar{n}_e = 8 x 10^12 cm^-3) exhibit a negative potential profile.
